Interactive Demo Highlights Chryso®V-Mar Performance in Type IL Mixes

October 06, 2025 – Chryso, a global leader in sustainable construction solutions and part of Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals, will showcase its latest innovations at ConcreteWorks 2025, taking place October 10–12 in Orlando, Florida (Booth #416).

“As the industry accelerates its adoption of low-carbon cements like Type IL, we look forward to engaging with professionals at ConcreteWorks 2025 to demonstrate how Chryso technologies advance both performance and sustainability,” said Dan Bentz, Chryso General Manager. “Our experts are ready to collaborate with attendees, sharing how our solutions strengthen concrete durability, optimize rheology, and provide sustainable reinforcement alternatives that support lower-carbon construction.”

At the event, Chryso will highlight a suite of high-performance products that are reshaping concrete production and supporting the industry’s evolution. A featured event and  innovations include:

  • Live Demo: Taming Type IL: How Chryso®V-Mar Enhances Finishability and Performance in Low-Carbon Mixes

    Sunday, October 12th,  10:40 AM – 10:50 AM, Exhibition Hall E–F
This live demonstration will spotlight how Chryso®V-Mar admixtures solve common issues with Type IL cement, including surface crusting, and inconsistent finishability. See the difference in real-time with a fresh mortar side-by-side mix comparison with and without Chryso®V-Mar.

  • Protecting Concrete Durability from Within: Chryso®PoreTite 110
Moisture infiltration is one of the most damaging forces affecting concrete durability, aesthetics, and performance. Chryso®PoreTite 110 is polymer-based pore-blocking admixture that offers long-lasting water resistance without altering concrete properties.
  • Reinforcement Reimagined: Adfil® Macro & Micro Fibers
Chryso will also spotlight its portfolio of Adfil® synthetic fibers, designed to replace traditional reinforcement while enhancing durability, crack control, and sustainability.
  • Decorative Color & Performance with Interstar’s Solutions
Interstar Materials Inc., part of Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals and a leader in granular pigment manufacturing, will showcase its color and decorative solutions at Chryso’s booth. A sample kit will be available at the booth.

Chryso is relentlessly seeking to create the next generation of products, services, and digital solutions that drive progress in performance and sustainability for the construction industry.
