STRUX® fibers, such as STRUX® 90/40 synthetic macro-fibers, improve impact resistance, durability and long-term crack control properties of concrete by equally distributing structural fibers throughout the entire concrete matrix. There’s no risk from corrosion, and none of the risk or job site obstruction inherent with the use of welded wire or mild steel reinforcement. STRUX® eliminates time and labor versus installing welded wire mesh (WWM). It eliminates the need to lift, carry, hoist, position, cut and tie awkward, heavy sheets or rolls of welded wire fabric (WWF) and thus helps to reduce construction time and labor cost.
Examples of applications where STRUX® can be used are slab on ground, precast element, elevated deck, tunnel liners to replace non-structural steel.

Treat, manage, and enable the reuse of returned concrete
Dealing with concrete waste is an environmental challenge and the high cost of dealing with returned concrete is troublesome for many producers, both CHRYSO®Convert C and CLARENA® RC 40 admixtures make it possible for producers to recycle returned concrete.
These admixtures can be simply mixed into the plastic concrete, turning it into a dry granular material. The resulting product can be used as road base material, compacted fill or as a partial replacement for virgin aggregate in new concrete. This results in improved land efficiency, conservation of natural resources and lower CO2 emissions through reduced transportation cost.

Leveraging AI for Enhanced Concrete Quality
VERIFI® is a digital solution to ensure high-quality concrete delivery from plant to the jobsite. With Verifi, ready-mix producers can continuously monitor concrete properties in real-time, such as slump, temperature, water addition, revolutions, admixture addition and elapsed time. The system can automatically adjust the concrete mix by adding precise amounts of water or admixtures during transit to maintain the desired slump and quality.
